PAROLE IN LIBERTA’

Parole in Libertà is the new 47 Boutique Hotel space, the bistrot that will make you revalue all the tastes from the past, a space where raw materials and care of foods are basic staples. Inside the Bistrot we invite you to enjoy the food with all the senses, to try our dishes with your eyes first and to use your hands tasting the authenticity. We want you to get emotional and share!

FOOD: HERE WE EAT

Our kitchen is expression of creativity and passion, a philosophy based on the purity of ingredients, on the mix of tradition, contemporaneity and respect for territory.

The Manifesto Culinario Futurista invited the guest to try the food with sight, nose and touch. That is why we ask you to try our proposals with your hands or with a piece of bread!

THE PERFECT LUNCH

PAPPA AL POMODORO

Bread and tomato together always represented connection with the earth and tradition: modesty and excellence in one dish.

SFEROFORME DI MELANZANE SU CREMA Di PROVOLONE DOLCE

Perfect gastronomic representation of movement and celebration of technique at the man’s service. Soft aubergine balls on a shiny provolone cream with tomato and plastic basil

OUR RAW MATERIALS
The best products selected for you to create a healthy and well though-out kitchen:

  • The Bread
  • The Meat
  • The Cheeses
  • The Olive Ascolane
  • The Prosciutto
  • The Vegetables
  • The Fish

WINE: HERE WE DRINK

Futurists considered the wine a “dynamic beverage”, the so-called “Fuel-man”.

We enjoyed ourselves matching exceptional Italian wines such as Nebbiolo, Lambrusco, Friulano and Vernaccia with our dishes.

COCKTAILS: OUR POLIBIBITE

Original cocktails created in 1930s by the Futurists made with strictly Italian products and reinterpreted in a tasty and creative way.

OUR KITCHEN STAFF

Our young and tight-knit brigade, guided by the passionate and experienced chef Gabriele Enrico has one big goal: create an amotional and sensorial kind of taste.
