The rate does not include the tourist tax of Euro 6.00 per person and per night.

Payment / Warranty
Upon confirmation of the booking, the Hotel will pre-authorize the credit card provided the equivalent of the first night of stay. The pre-authorization is not a charge and only serves to verify that the credit card provided is valid, in case of denied authorization the reservation is not considered as guaranteed and will therefore be canceled.
Cancellation conditions
No penalty will be applied if the cancellation of the booking will take place before 48 hours before the date of the expected arrival at the hotel. In case of no-show (no presentation of the Guest without notice), cancellations beyond the limit or any reduction of stay communicated during the stay, the 47 Boutique Hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card provided, the price of ONE NIGHT of stay as a penalty.
